Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on 999n. If we identify that you hold duplicate accounts – whether intentionally or otherwise – 999n reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate balances, or void any winnings accrued on secondary accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999n login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 999n will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your login information. You must notify 999n support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

999n operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Verification may be requested at any time, including upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during routine account review.
999n aims to complete KYC reviews within 72 hours of receiving all required documentation. During review, withdrawal processing may be paused. Deposits and gameplay typically remain available during the KYC review period unless there is a specific compliance hold on the account.
If a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period after being requested, 999n reserves the right to suspend the account and hold any balance pending resolution. Winnings accrued on an unverified account may be void if identity cannot be confirmed.

If a deposit does not credit to your 999n account within the expected timeframe, contact support with proof of the completed transaction. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting 999n support constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding any locked bonus funds) at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.
From time to time, 999n may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, which supplement and are incorporated into these general Terms and Conditions.

If restoration is not possible, the affected stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.
Sports betting at 999n covers cricket (including PSL and Pakistan internationals), football, basketball, UFC, boxing, and other sporting events. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once accepted and confirmed, a bet is final and cannot be cancelled by the Player.
A bet may be voided at 999n's discretion if it was accepted in error, if an event is cancelled without rescheduling, if incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error, or if the bet contravenes these Terms. Voided stakes are returned to the Player's account balance.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to slight delays between real-world event progress and the updating of available markets on 999n. Players must not exploit any such delay. Any bet identified as having been placed with knowledge of a result already determined constitutes match abuse and will be voided.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999n platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999n shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings resulting from technical failure. 999n's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Either party may close a 999n account at any time. Players wishing to close their account permanently should contact 999n support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be processed for return to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. 999n reserves the right to terminate any account for breach of these Terms without prior notice. In cases of suspected fraud or financial crime, balances may be held pending investigation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999n is incorporated. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 999n platform, you are encouraged to first contact 999n's support team to seek an informal resolution. If informal resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
999n reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the 999n platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of 999n following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 14.
